    I used to really enjoy this insurance company. I would send several clients to them as well. Until my information got transferred to Cindy Scott is when I started to doubt the level of customer service and commitment to their (her) clients. I've never had a more rude, dis-concerned person handling my finances. I don't understand why people that are miserable in their jobs continue to do them. Customer service isn't something you can teach either, which is a shame. I'm thankful I changed companies and would never choose to go back there, solely because of her.
