  From the moment we walked in, we have been amazed at this hotel experience. The gal at the front desk took her time to give us recommendations for activities and restaurants. There were cookies in the lobby. The room was large, clean and the beds are comfortable. The indoor pool and spa was open even in the winter. The free breakfast was one of the best we've seen and included fresh fruit salad! The only negative is the train noise which is frequent and all night long but it hasn't kept us from getting a good night's sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

  Was going to be a 5 star review. Rooms are awesome. I checked in for two rooms. Got keys and headed to sleep. In the middle of the night my light comes on. I roll over and there is a woman standing in my room and says oh my God there is somebody in there and leaves. I fall back asleep and a half hour later the front desk calls and wakes me up again to ask who I am. Asking me questions as if I did something wrong. I hung up on them and went back to sleep. That's just plain stupidity. There is no excuse for that.
