  I'm torn on this company. I've used their services 7 times since 05/30/2012 ( at my business), and they have always been wonderful. I scheduled an appointment on their website for the next available time slot on 05/11/18, after a hiccup they came out on 05/11 and the tech was great and decided that my frig compressor needed replacing, which is under warranty. So I paid the service fee and they said it would be taken off of the bill if I have them repair it. LG Shows this company as an authorized repair center for LG products and the company says that they are, but will only do it on COD (cash on delivery) They will not repair it under LG's warranty program for undisclosed reasons. Why be an LG repair dealer if you wont honor LG's warranty? Now I'm already one service call fee into this and I have to start over and hire another company to come out and do another service call and then get it repaired.
