  The buildings are old and the structure is falling apart. The maintenance is awful, the worst I've ever had. Our dishwasher has been broken the entire 2 years we lived here and after 4 maintenance calls they refused to repair it, our water heater line burst twice damaging everything stored in the closet where it's kept, and the roof in the garage is literally falling down. The complex is right on the 180 meaning it's near impossible to turn left to get into town in the mornings. On top of all that the rent is grossly overpriced. You can find a much nicer, much better kept place, with better amenities, for the same or slightly higher cost. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
