  Completely unacceptable service. Our medical provider told us that Fendley & Sons lied to them about our benefits and provided false and incomplete information to them. I found them to be incompetent, argumentative and potentially acting illegally. We are taking our business to Benefit Logic as we have found the people there to have a very high level of service. Do not place your trust in Fendley and Sons; they are a woefully substandard insurance brokerage.
