  Drove into Flagstaff late from Oklahoma and called to ask them to hold the doors since it was closing. (I forgot some gear at home) Everyone inside was extremely helpful and kind. They showed us where the gear was located and gave us some great advice and tips for the Grand Canyon.
  We survived the backpacking and it was amazing!! Thanks for the help and we will for sure be back to do the North Rim.

  Nice selection of products. Prices are a bit high for clothing, but standard MSRP for non sale outdoor goods. I usually try to buy things on sale here (or when I have a good coupon).
  
  Staff is friendly and always share helpful information about the equipment.
