  Dentists are great, the staff is phenomenal, but one of the receptionist girls (Lori or something close) is unbelievably rude. Absolutely condescending, sarcastic, stuck-up and belittling. She talks down to you on the phone and is 100% the reason for 4/5 stars. The doctors should let her go to protect their reputation. Other than her, great treatment, gentle procedures, and professionalism all around.
